De opdracht gaat over minimaal wekelijkse aanlevering en, indien mogelijk twee of meerdere malen per week per vestiging, met mogelijke snelle naleveringen in geval van stockbreuken en dit in alle locaties van MKL. Deze opdracht betreft de levering van volgende productgroepen aan de voorzieningen van MKL vzw: van charcuterie en salades, vers vlees, gevogelte en bereidingen. De inschrijvende partij dient alle bovenstaande productgroepen te kunnen aanleveren. De looptijd van deze raamovereenkomst is vastgesteld op een periode van 2 jaar en kan 2 keer stilzwijgend met een jaar verlengd worden. De opdracht gaat in op 1 januari 2027.Jaarlijks spendeert MKL vzw ongeveer €200.000 exclusief BTW aan deze producten. Het doel van deze opdracht is een partner te vinden, voor de bovenvermelde productcategorieën, waarbij we kunnen bestellen tegen een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding (zonder dat we exclusiviteit garanderen), met daarbij continue ondersteuning op het gebied van keuzes ter optimalisatie van de te gebruiken producten.
