Original language: GermanLos 1: Der Leistungsumfang umfasst als Rahmenvertrag für 3 Jahre die Bevorratung, Parametrierung, Kennzeich?nung und Lieferung von ca. 4.250 Schließzylindern, Benutzerschlüsseln, sowie Zubehör zur Schließanlage und ggf. Serviceleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Software. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst nicht die Montagearbeiten der Schließzylinder. Die Lieferung der Zylinder an den Auftraggeber (im Folgenden AG) erfolgt durch den Auftragnehmer (im Folgenden AN) montagefertig parametriert mit den im System des AG hinterlegten Zylindergruppen und Sperrlisten. Los 2: Der Leistungsumfang umfasst als Rahmenvertrag für 3 Jahre die Montageleistungen und die zugehörige Do?kumentation von ca. 2250 Schließzylindern im Raum Hannover, an den Anlagen des Auftraggebers (im Fol?genden AG) und die Lieferung der zur Installation erforderlichen Montage- und Verbrauchsmaterialien durch den Auftragnehmer (im Folgenden AN). Der Leistungsumfang umfasst nicht die Lieferung der Schließzylinder. Die Schließzylinder werden durch den AG beigestellt. Die Montageleistungen und Dokumentationen werden durch den AN als Dienstleistung gemäß den Vorgaben des AG durchgeführt.
