Gegenstand dieser Rahmenvereinbarung ist die Lieferung von Sicherheitsschränken zur Ge-fahrstofflagerung (kurz: Gefahrstoffschränken) an die Technische Universität Berlin (TU Berlin, die Auftraggeberin/AG). Hintergrund: Im Rahmen der Brandprävention und zur Gewährleistung des Brandschutzes an der TU Berlin ist die Erneuerung und/oder Neubeschaffung entsprechend ausgewiesener Gefahrstoffschränke erforderlich. Ausschreibungsbestandteil ist die reine Lieferleistung der Artikel (gelistete Schränke im Do-kument OV-077-26 Preisblatt), der fachgerechte, raumgenaue Transport zur Bedarfsstelle an der TU Berlin, Ausrichtung des Schrankes und Mitnahme/Entsorgung des Verpackungsmaterials (ggf. auch über einen Unterauftragnehmer leistbar), die Stellung eines digitalen Artikelkatalogs zum Abruf des Sortiments, die Bereitstellung eines serviceorientierten, deutschsprachigen Kundendienstes inkl. die quartalsmäßig aktuelle Übergabe einer Statistik (mit Form-Vorlage der TU Berlin). Zudem sind ausschließlich neue Artikel anzubieten und zu liefern. Wiederaufbereitete Arti-kel, Rückläufer etc. oder Grauimporte sind ausgeschlossen.
