The PSP is expected to support broader payment acceptance beyond international card processing alone, including local and international payment methods that are relevant to the Sri Lankan market and UNICEF fundraising needs, and to enable operational efficiencies through automation, reporting, and recurring donation support.

UNICEF shall provide specific deliverables and time frames for each task when required by issuing Institutional Contracts using the terms and conditions agreed in the LTA and the agreed rate/fee stated in the LTA will be used to calculate the contract amount where applicable.

UNICEF reserves the right to rescind the Arrangement during that period should performance not meet its requirements.

Under LTA, UNICEF does not warrant that any quantity of services shall be purchased during the term of the Arrangement and is not bound to purchase any minimum number of services.
