Omfanget av arbeidet under denne avtalen er levering av langsiktige forebyggende vedlikeholdstjenester, teknisk støtte og oppfølgingstjenester for de to dampturbin-generatorenhetene og tilhørende hjelpesystemer ved BIRs avfallsforbrenningsanlegg i Bergen, Norge. Omfanget skal omfatte alle nødvendige tjenester og all bistand som kreves for planlegging og gjennomføring av forebyggende og korrigerende vedlikehold av de to dampturbin-generatorenhetene, herunder, men ikke begrenset til: Inspeksjoner Mindre og større revisjoner (overhalinger) Fjernstøtte og telefonvakt (hotline) Beredskapstjenester med kort responstid Leveranse av reservedeler Dokumentasjon Teknisk og ingeniørmessig støtte Ved planlegging av vedlikeholdsprogrammet skal servicehistorikk og driftsforhold for hver enkelt turbin-generatorenhet tas i betraktning, herunder: Vedlikeholdshistorikk Eksisterende vedlikeholdsplaner Eksisterende vedlikeholdsprotokoller og registreringer Standard vedlikeholdsprosedyrer Relevant driftserfaring og data fra tilstandsovervåking Basert på tilgjengelig informasjon skal Leverandøren etablere og vedlikeholde en langsiktig vedlikeholdsplan som omfatter omfang, tidspunkt og estimert varighet for de ulike vedlikeholdsaktivitetene.
