Renewal of Building Automation LZ South with ISP 12 and 13 – South Ventilation Center and ISP 13.1 to 13.4 – Smoke Extraction. As part of the measure, the ventilation centers as well as the heating and cooling center will be modernized and integrated into a uniform building automation structure. When assigning switchgear, a distinction must be made between the responsibilities of different operators (DB InfraGo, DB Energie, VGF). Additionally, a distinction is made between supply for general use (AV) and safety supply (SV). In larger technical centers, an AV and an SV information focus point (ISP) will be provided in the form of a switch and control cabinet. The structure of the ISP switchgear generally consists of: • Supply field (AV or SV) • Power fields • DDC fields The DDC stations consist of: • one or more DDC controllers (BACnet) • an operator unit with a touch display (≥ 10″) • I/O modules according to data point scope • local override control level for emergency operation • required accessories (UPS, relays, protective devices, etc.) An exception are the switchgear for stairwell pressurization systems. These will be installed decentrally in the immediate vicinity of the systems, generally supplied from the safety supply and controlled via the fire alarm control panel. The supply of larger system components, such as heat recovery systems, pump systems, refrigeration systems or cooling towers, will be fed directly via the planned ISP stations in the central technical areas. An open DDC system is planned, which can be integrated into the superordinate building management system independently of the manufacturer. All automation stations must communicate exclusively with each other and with the management level via BACnet.
