Lot 1: Maintenance cleaning services

The object mainly consists of office buildings. The object consists of several buildings that are spatially separated from each other. According to the measurement table, Lot 1 includes various buildings. The correct building designation will only be made after the award. Significant travel times must be factored into the offer prices, if necessary, by undercutting the specified maximum hourly performance targets. Areas for regular maintenance cleaning as well as areas for replacement are to be tendered. The cleaning of these areas is currently carried out by a cleaning person employed by the user. In case of replacement, these areas are to be cleaned by the contractor. The estimated working time for the contractor for replacement is 9 weeks (6 weeks vacation, 3 weeks unplanned absence). The need for replacement cleaning may vary. The cleaning for the service property comprises a total cleaning area of 4,000.50 m² floor area and an annual cleaning area of 153,801.51 m². The cleaning is divided into the following buildings: Building 1: The cleaning for the service property comprises a total cleaning area of 1,652.72 m² floor area and an annual cleaning area of 106,094.30 m². Building 1 additionally for replacement The cleaning for the service property that must be cleaned as a replacement comprises a total cleaning area of 1,768.42 m² floor area and an annual cleaning area of 1,768.42 m². Building 2 for replacement The cleaning for the service property, which must be cleaned as a replacement for 6 weeks a year during vacation periods, comprises a total cleaning area of 1,623.79 m² floor area and an annual cleaning area of 42,562.97 m². The cleaning for the service property, which must be cleaned as needed for approximately 3 weeks a year for the unplanned absence of the in-house cleaning staff, comprises a total cleaning area of 1,920.25 m² floor area and an annual cleaning area of 28,671.75 m². Building 3 for replacement The cleaning for the service property, which must be cleaned as a replacement for 6 weeks a year during vacation periods, comprises a total cleaning area of 723.99 m² floor area and an annual cleaning area of 5,144.24 m². The cleaning for the service property, which must be cleaned as needed for approximately 3 weeks a year for the unplanned absence of the in-house cleaning staff, comprises a total cleaning area of 829.19 m² floor area and an annual cleaning area of 3,534.69 m².
