Prin intermediul acestei proceduri de achizitie autoritatea contractanta doreste incheierea acordului-cadru ce va avea ca obiect lucrari de Inchiriere de utilaje pentru constructii cu operator (cu deservent si combustibil). In prezent este necesara realizarea in regie proprie a lucrarilor de executie, reparatii si intretinere a strazilor si podurilor pe drumurile aflate in gestiunea autoritatii contractante, avand ca scop prelungirea perioadei de serviciu a acestora si asigurarea conditiilor de circulatie si confort. Avand in vedere lucrari preconizate a se desfasura in perioada urmatoare autoritatea contractanta considera impetuos necesara aceasta achizitie in vederea eficientizarii activitatilor specifice avand un efect benefic privind creștere nivelului de executie a lucrarilor dar si calitatea acestora. Valoarea maxima estimata/acord cadru, fara TVA, LOT 1 = 671.730,00 lei Valoarea maxima estimata/contract subsecvent, fara TVA, LOT 1 = 335.865,00 lei
