The complexity of today’s humanitarian and migration context requires teams that can collaborate effectively, communicate openly, and respond swiftly to evolving challenges.
High performing teams are critical for supporting sound decision making, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering consistent, high quality services across diverse and fast paced environments.
These trainings aim to strengthen the ability of IOM staff to build and sustain high performing teams and to collaborate effectively across functions by providing practical tools to enhance communication, build trust, clarify roles and responsibilities, improve collaboration, and foster a positive team culture.
By developing these competencies, the trainings support IOM’s broader goal of improving organizational performance, strengthening collective accountability, and ensuring effective, mission aligned service delivery.
International Organization for Migration, hereinafter referred to IOM hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal for the provision of a Long Term Agreement for the provision of Training Services covering: LOT 1: Building High Performing Teams LOT 2: Cross Functional Collaboration in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
