Huidige situatie
In 2024 zijn de diverse dijkpercelen via een Europese aanbesteding als Raamovereenkomst Maaionderhoud Dijkpercelen aanbesteed.
Destijds is er voor de 19 percelen per perceel met 1 ondernemer een raamovereenkomst afgesloten. Deze Raamovereenkomsten hebben verschillende looptijden omdat WSRL voornemens was de dijkpercelen te integreren met de diverse maaibestekken.
Gezien het feit dat de looptijd van de raamovereenkomsten voor de genoemde percelen in paragraaf 1.3.5 expireren en niet verlengd kunnen worden en WSRL nog niet zover is dat de dijkpercelen in de maaibestekken geïntegreerd kunnen worden, worden de percelen in de Betuwe opnieuw aanbesteed.
Gewenste situatie
Waterschap Rivierenland heeft per perceel met één (1) ondernemer een Raamovereenkomst afgesloten. De looptijd voor de Raamovereenkomsten is voor 5 jaar voor het Maaionderhoud Dijkpercelen Betuwe.
