InleidingRegIT is de Gemeenschappelijke Regeling in het kader van ICT-dienstverlening voor 4 gemeenten in Oost-Groningen, welke op 1-1-2026 van start is gegaan. Thans is de organisatie in een transitie om ICT-dienstverlening in regie uit te gaan voeren. Dit met als doel om de ICT-behoeften (demand) van de organisatie te realiseren (supply) tegen de best mogelijke prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Binnen deze regie wordt de relatie met de interne klanten en externe leveranciers strategisch beheerd, prestaties gemonitord en tactisch bijgestuurd, en wordt effectieve en effici?nte operationele uitvoering en vernieuwing van de ICT-dienstverlening binnen vastgestelde kaders gewaarborgd. In dit kader zoeken zij op interim basis een Manager Beheer, Techniek en Servicedesk met het volgende profiel:Manager Beheer, Techniek en Servicedesk De manager Beheer, Techniek en Servicedesk geeft leiding en sturing aan een team binnen het vakgebied beheer, techniek en servicedesk, gericht op het realiseren van afgesproken prestaties, kwaliteit, veiligheid en continu?teit van de dienstverlening. Daarnaast is het de bedoeling dat de kwaliteit en structuur verbetert en dat er meer compliant en volgens processen wordt gewerkt.
