Description

Le marché concerne l’acquisition, l'entretien et les réparations de matériel hydraulique de désincarcération et est constitué des éléments suivants: o les outils:  2 x écarteurs hydrauliques;  2 x cisailles hydrauliques;  2 x cisailles hydrauliques pour fer à béton;  2 x coins d’écartement en fonctionnement hydraulique; o les systèmes hydrauliques:  2 groupes « moteur-pompe » pour alimentation de 2 outils de désincarcération, portatifs à pression de fonctionnement > 700 bar, permettant de faire fonctionner les deux outils simultanément;  2 groupes « moteur-pompe » pour 1 outil, portatifs à pression de fonctionnement > 700 bar, permettant de faire fonctionner un outil;  8 x tuyaux hydrauliques de 20 m à raccords rapides pour fixer les outils hydrauliques sur chaque sortie hydraulique des groupes « moteur-pompe » o 2 x sets de housses pour protéger la personne à désincarcérer et les intervenants. Les quantités présumées reprises ci-dessus sont à répartir équitablement entre les unités opérationnelles de Crisnée et de Brasschaat.
