La consultation a pour objet la passation d'un marché de conception-réalisation, en vue de la réhabilitation d'un bâtiment dont le GHU Paris psychiatrie et Neurosciences est propriétaire, situé en fond de cour au 28 rue de la Chapelle 75018 PARIS, afin de créer au minimum 22 logements (studios et T2) destinés à la location aux praticiens hospitaliers du GHU. Cette réhabilitation exclut tout possibilité de démolition/reconstruction ou surélévation de l'existant. Le GHU souhaite pour cette opération bénéficier dès la conception de l'expertise d'entreprises générales à forte expérience en rénovation lourde (modification et reprise de la structure, restitution de façades sur patio intérieur, etc.). L'enveloppe budgétaire du projet est d'environ 3 000 000 d'euros HT Travaux. Les candidats sélectionnés seront admis à présenter une offre avec remise d'études de niveau APD pour les travaux à exécuter accompagné de la définition des performances de leur ouvrage.
