Description

Le présent marché concerne des prestations de restauration pour les résidants (prestations matin, midi et soir représentants environ 19'710), le personnel (environ 4'344 repas à midi), les familles et visiteurs (environ 2'447 repas à midi) et les personnes à domicile (environ 300 repas à midi) de deux établissements privés et subventionnés, situés dans le canton de Genève : un établissement médico-social (EMS) d’une capacité d’accueil de 54 lits et un Foyer de jour de 15 places, ceci 365 jours par an. Il est précisé que le prestattaire devra également organiser des événements et animations culinaires particuliers (fêtes, goûters, repas pour le Conseil de fondation, etc...). Tout le service doit être préparé et organisé sur le site de l'établissement principal dans sa cuisine professionnelle existante.
