Original language: isFramkvæmdasýslan – Ríkiseignir f.h. ríkissjóðs stendur fyrir markaðskönnun vegna mögulegra langtímaleigu á nútímalegu, verkefnamiðuðu og sveigjanlegu húsnæði fyrir ríkisstofnanir á Akureyri. Miðað er við að húsnæðið verði tekið á langtímaleigu til allt að 20 ára, fullbúið til notkunar, án lauss búnaðar. Gerð er krafa um að staðsetningin sé á Akureyri innan þéttbýliskjarna og í nálægð við almenningssamgöngur. Það skal vera gott aðgengi þ.m.t. fyrir hreyfihamlaða, hjólandi, gangandi og næg bílastæði. Kostur er ef húsnæðið er staðsett í nálægð við aðra þjónustustarfsemi. Húsrýmisþörf er áætluð um stærðarbil 4.000 – 8.000 fermetrar. Afhending: Samkomulag um afhendingu en eigi síðar en 1. júní 2029 Í markaðskönnun þessari er óskað eftir upplýsingum frá markaðnum um mögulegt framboð að húsnæði. Að markaðskönnun lokinni verður tekin ákvörðun um næstu skref.
