Markterkundung gemäß § 28 VgV - Interoperable Archiv- und Dokumentenmanagementlösung für medizinische Dokumente und Daten Gegenstand und Ziel der Markterkundung: Die Kliniken Ostalb erwägt die Beschaffung einer standortübergreifenden Gesamtlösung zur Digitalisierung, Verwaltung, revisionssicheren Archivierung und qualifizierten elektronischen Bewahrung medizinischer Dokumente sowie zur interoperablen Bereitstellung von Dokumenten und strukturierten Gesundheitsdaten. Ziel dieser Markterkundung gemäß § 28 VgV ist es, transparent und diskriminierungsfrei zu prüfen, inwieweit der Markt die geforderte Kombination aus fachlichen, technischen und regulatorischen Eigenschaften bereits heute als marktverfügbares Gesamtsystem vollumfänglich bereitstellen kann [VgV § 28].
