Procurement Details (1) Title: Consignment of Collection, Extraction, Storage, Shipping, and Related Services for Biological Samples for Biomarkers in Stratification of Pathogenesis and Elucidation of Natural History of MCI-Stage Alzheimer's Disease Centered on Blood Biomarkers (BEACON-MCI) (2) Contract Details, etc.: As per specifications, tender explanatory documents, and contract. (3) Contract Period: From the contract conclusion date to March 31, 2025 (extendable up to March 31, 2027). (5) Bidding Method: The successful negotiator will be determined by the lowest price bidding method (lump sum). Bidders shall state the total amount obtained by multiplying the unit price by the estimated quantity in their bid. ① Bidders shall estimate the contract amount, including all expenses required for the contract, in addition to the main unit price. ② When determining the successful negotiator, the negotiation price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount. Therefore, bidders shall state in their bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of their estimated amount, regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt business operators for consumption tax, etc. ③ Due to the potential for increase or decrease in the number of samples, this will be a partial unit price contract. 2. Eligibility for Participation in Competition (1) Those who do not fall under the provisions of Article 6 of the "Contract Administration Regulations" (Rules No. 4, April 1, 2010, hereinafter referred to as "Contract Administration Regulations") of the National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology, National Research and Development Agency.
