Ons Modern Workplace-team biedt moderne IT-middelen en ontwikkelt de werkplek van de toekomst verder door. Om ons team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een medior Werkplekbeheerder met een passie voor hardware en gebruikerssupport.De opdracht betreft een tijdelijke inhuur voor het verder doorontwikkelen van de de werkplek van de toekomst binnen de organisatie, met als doel dat opdrachtnemer diens specifieke expertise inzet voor complexe projecten op een ondernemende en resultaatgerichte manier te laten slagen. Hierbij worden de volgende activiteiten uitgevoerd: Installeren en configureren van computers, printers, telefoons, iPhones, MacBooks en andere kantoorapparatuur; Verlenen van technische ondersteuning aan medewerkers bij hardware- en softwareproblemen; Uitvoeren van routineonderhoud aan werkplekapparatuur en zorgen voor optimale werking; Ondersteunen van nieuwe collega?s bij het inrichten van hun werkplek en onboarding in IT-systemen; Bijhouden van de inventaris van werkplekapparatuur; Innemen, uitgeven en afvoeren van hardware die binnen de lifecycle management (LCM) vervangen moet worden; Co?rdineren en ondersteunen van projecten, zoals verhuizingen of de uitrol van nieuwe technologie?n; Bijdragen aan de doorontwikkeling en hardening van Microsoft- en Apple-werkplekken; waarbij de volgende resultaten opgeleverd worden: Werkplekken ingericht en apparatuur gebruiksklaar opgeleverd (pc?s, printers, telefoons, iPhones, MacBooks); Technische problemen bij eindgebruikers opgelost binnen afgesproken responstijden; Preventief onderhoud uitgevoerd aan werkplekapparatuur ter voorkoming van storingen; Nieuwe medewerkers voorzien van een volledig ingerichte IT-werkplek en toegang tot systemen; IT-inventaris geactualiseerd en correct geregistreerd in het beheersysteem; Verouderde hardware volgens LCM-proces vervangen, uitgegeven of verantwoord afgevoerd; Projectmatige ondersteuning geleverd bij verhuizingen en implementatie van nieuwe technologie?n; Input geleverd voor de optimalisatie en beveiliging (hardening) van Microsoft- en Apple-werkplekken. De opdracht eindigt wanneer de gevraagde resultaten opgeleverd zijn, waarbij geldt dat uitloop mogelijk is afhankelijk van de voortgang van de beschikbaarheid.
