Original language: GermanDie medizinische Kodierung der stationären Fälle wird derzeit durch einen externen Dienstleister erbracht. Eine externe Leistungserbringung wird als zweckmässig erachtet, da spezialisierte Anbieter aufgrund ihrer Tätigkeit für mehrere Auftraggeber über ein breiteres Fachwissen, höhere Spezialisierung sowie bessere fachliche Vernetzung verfügen. Die Kodierung erfolgt im Bereich der Akutsomatik gemäss SwissDRG-Systematik. Leistungen der Psychiatrie sowie der Rehabilitation sind nicht Bestandteil des Leistungsumfangs. Das jährliche Fallvolumen beträgt rund 4'500 stationäre Fälle. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist die externe Primärkodierung stationärer Akutfälle nach SwissDRG für das Kantonsspital Glarus (KSGL).
