Description
The works comprise construction of a mixed use development including Social Housing, Community and Commercial buildings together with public realm space including feature canopies/covered areas, paving and surfacing, fencing and gates.
The works also include all associated drainage and site services installations.

• Hard and soft landscaping to remainder of site; including feature canopies and covered areas
