For our Zeewolde Youth team, we are looking for a: Behavioral Expert for 16 to 24 hours per week. Where you will work: At Meerinzicht, people make the difference. We carry out tasks in the areas of care, work and income, youth and student affairs, and integration. Customer focus, proactive service provision, and a heart for the community are very important. The collaboration with each other and the customer is not lost sight of. And as society is constantly changing, we are also continuously developing. Meerinzicht Social Domain is in development. The Youth team is part of the Youth Care and Student Affairs department. The Zeewolde Youth team is a well-coordinated team consisting of a mix of experienced and new colleagues who are committed to the young people and families in Zeewolde. There is room for intervision, case discussions, and training opportunities. The youth customer managers have short lines with the behavioral expert, who supports them with single and complex issues. What you will do: The function of a behavioral expert is primarily characterized by: Supporting and advising on the approach to multi-complex and multi-causal problems; Coaching and supporting youth customer managers in terms of content through conversations; Promoting the expertise of youth customer managers by discussing cases and providing professional support and training; Contributing to policy development and method development; Supporting decision-making regarding the intervention to be used (use of Youth Care, scaling down to the primary field, use of a customized provision, etc.). In addition, you will regularly consult with the municipality and care providers regarding the identification of bottlenecks and missing services, but also when cases threaten to get stuck or have already gotten stuck; Sharing knowledge and advising on matters where there is no consensus with educators and/or other caregivers, with the aim of reaching a jointly supported approach; Providing professional input in the development and adjustment of support plans (using an explanatory analysis, for which the behavioral expert is responsible for describing the coherence);
