De gemeente Breda bereidt een Europese openbare aanbesteding voor meubilair voor, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van de innovatieve inkoopmethodiek Rapid Circulair Contracting (RCC).
Marktinformatiedag – 4 september 2025
Geïnteresseerde marktpartijen worden van harte uitgenodigd om deel te nemen aan een marktinformatiedag op donderdag 4 september 2025 van 09.30 tot 13.30 uur. Deze bijeenkomst vindt plaats op het Stadskantoor van de Gemeente Breda: Claudius Prinsenlaan 10, 4811 DJ Breda.
Tijdens deze bijeenkomst ontvangt u informatie over het aanbestedingstraject en een toelichting op de RCC-methodiek en de conceptambities van de gemeente. Daarnaast wordt een praktijkcasus behandeld om deelnemers inzicht te geven in hoe de RCC-methodiek doorwerkt in het inschrijfproces.
Over de RCC-aanpak
Met de inzet van de RCC-methodiek beoogt de Gemeente Breda een duurzame samenwerking aan te gaan met een partner die maximaal bijdraagt aan de ambities van de gemeente en aan bredere maatschappelijke opgaven. In deze aanbesteding wordt gegund op basis van een Programma van Ambities en de door inschrijvers geformuleerde Visie, Aanpak en Kunde.
De geselecteerde partner sluit met de Gemeente Breda een zogeheten RCC Commitment Contract. Vervolgens wordt tijdens de RCC Workout in co-creatie met de gemeente de best passende oplossing uitgewerkt. Alle afspraken over de oplossing, voorbereiding, uitvoering en samenwerking worden geborgd in een Mutual Agreements Paper (MAP) tijdens de RCC Touchdown. Na ondertekening van dit document start de uitvoering van het contract.

Vanwege de beschikbare faciliteiten is deelname beperkt tot maximaal twee personen per organisatie.
