Обособена позиция № 1: „Доставка на абонаменти за Microsoft 365” Предметът на обособената позиция включва доставка и управление на абонаменти за Microsoft 365, от пълния списък на Microsoft, както и допълнения и разширения с включените в тях услуги. Изпълнителят е задължен да предоставя абонаментите в единното клиентско облачно пространство (Tenant) на Възложителя и да предоставя стандартните услуги на Microsoft с консултиране относно проектиране, внедряване, конфигуриране за поддръжка на облачната Microsoft M365 среда на Възложителя с цел оптимално използване на всички предоставени абонаменти. Количествата и видовете Абонаменти/Продукти, предмет на обособената позиция са посочени в Раздел № V, таблица № 1 от Техническата спецификация и са прогнозни за целия срок на договора. Възложителят ще отправя заявки за доставка/активиране, съобразно възникналата му необходимост и няма задължение да възложи всичките количества. Заявките, които Възложителят ще отправя, ще съдържат конкретния брой Абонаменти/Продукти и техния вид. Възложителят може да прави заявка за прекъсване на активирани Абонаменти, в случай че по време на срока на Договора отпадне необходимостта от ползването им, в съответствие с посоченото в Техническата спецификация.
