A Leading Government Institution has received financing from the World Bank to support the implementation of the Support to Resilient and Sustainable Social Protection Program in Jordan and intends to apply part of the proceeds to hire qualified and eligible individual consultants for the following consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”): as stated in TOR. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) can be viewed by an Interested consultant from the link mentioned above.
The Leading Government Institution now invites eligible individual consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services as required in the TOR. The interested consultants should not be currently government officials.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Dated September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
Expressions of Interest and CVs must be submitted to the following E-mail before 1st July 2026 at 11:59 PM: HR@reformjo.org .The e-mail subject line must clearly indicate the consulting service title and reference number.
