The Department of Conservation and Recreation (agency) seeks a qualified licensed contractor to perform asphalt milling, subgrade stabilization, paving, and line painting of the approximately 51,549 square foot parking lot at Virginia’s Claytor Lake State Park swimming area.A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting and site visit will be held at Claytor Lake State Park at 1:00 PM (1300) EST on September 10, 2026. Interested bidders MUST attend and stay for the ENTIRE meeting and site visit. The meeting will start promptly at 1:00 PM.
