Gegenstand der zu erbringenden Leistung ist: - Bereitstellung und Aktivierung von 2.230 (Stand 01.04.2026) Mobilfunkanschlüssen (die Anzahl kann je nach Bedarf der Auftraggeberin nach unten oder oben abweichen) in verschiedenen Tarifen und mit verschiedenen Optionen, - Bereitstellung und Versendung der notwendigen SIM-Karten mit bis zu vier Karten je Mobilfunkanschluss an die Auftraggeberin im Zuge eines Rollouts, - Vorkonfigurieren der SIM-Karten (Hardware) und der einzelnen Anschlüsse (netzseitig), - e-SIM Integration entsprechend der zur Verfügung stehenden Hardware mit bis zu vier eSIM je Mobilfunkanschluss (Serviceportal etc.), - Versenden von Informationsmaterial an die Beschäftigten der Auftraggeberin, - Portierung der bestehenden Mobilfunk-Rufnummern der Auftraggeberin vom bisherigen Provider zum Auftragnehmer, - Aktivierung weiterer Mobilfunkanschlüsse mit neuen Rufnummern nach Bedarf der Auftraggeberin, - Bereitstellung einer Business-App für die Nutzenden der Mobilfunkanschlüsse, - Bereitstellung eines Serviceportals zur Administration für einzelne Benutzer der Auftraggeberin, - Bereitstellung eines Auswertungs-, Analysetools mittels dessen die Auftraggeberin je-derzeit über frei wählbare Zeiträume in jeglicher Detailtiefe Auswertungen zum Verbrauchsvolumen (Minutenverbrauch bzw. Die Auftraggeberin kann ohne Angaben von Gründen pro Vertragsjahr bis zu 10 Prozent der Mobilfunkanschlüsse zu einem von ihr festgelegten Datum kündigen. Im Fall von größeren Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen können bis zu 25 Prozent der Mobilfunkanschlüsse durch die Auftraggeberin gekündigt werden.
