Furniture (Conversion of the 'First Gate' into an art residence)

The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of interior furniture for the newly renovated premises of a part of Trenčín Castle, within the project "Conversion of the First Gate into an art residence". The purpose of the procurement is to equip the premises of the art residence with furniture that will ensure functional and comfortable conditions for short-term accommodation of artists, while respecting the historical character of the building. The contract includes in particular: • furniture - folding table and chairs intended for outdoor use, stool, dining table and chairs, coat rack, two beds including mattresses, stand with worktop and office chair. • installation, transport and assembly of all supplied elements, including ensuring their secure anchoring and connection (if necessary); • supply of technical documentation and warranty service to the extent specified by the purchase contract. The furniture will be located outdoors on the terrace on the 2nd floor and indoors on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the renovated Gate Tower building. The supplier is obliged to take into account the specifics of the national cultural monument building, especially limited access possibilities, handling in historical premises and ensure the protection of the newly renovated premises from damage during delivery, handling and installation of furniture. The subject of the contract is part of the project documentation and individual furniture elements must be designed and supplied in such a way that they form a unified functional and visual whole, appropriate to the character of the historical building. For this reason, the supply of furniture is conditional on the prior written approval of the proposed solution by the contracting authority.
