SCOPE OF TENDERThe selected firm will be responsible for conducting site and needs assessments, preparing a complete office modernization blueprint, producing architectural and 3D design concepts, developing detailed drawings and bills of quantities, and preparing phased implementation plans for both immediate and long-term improvements.
The scope covers the main office building, conference room, annex offices, guardhouse, parking areas, external grounds, storage facilities, and support structures.
Key considerations include office space optimization, accessibility for persons with disabilities, sustainability and climate resilience, improved health and safety features, landscaping, branding and wayfinding, staff wellness spaces, and short-term priority works relating to roofing, flooring, ceilings, painting, accessibility upgrades, external facilities, and other infrastructure enhancements.
