Modernization of PACS

The subject of the public contract is the supply of a new PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) solution for the Znojmo Hospital and its expansion with new components, including the creation of a central web portal for the administration of image documentation, the implementation of a modern web DICOM viewer, and the supply of necessary hardware equipment for the operation of the entire solution. This solution will ensure the distribution and controlled secure access to medical image documentation from anywhere on the internet and the sharing of image data both within the hospital and with external staff and other specialized workplaces in the time needed to provide quality healthcare. The subject of the performance also includes the supply of the necessary hardware infrastructure, system software, and a workstation for the operation of the information system. Furthermore, the subject of the performance also includes the provision of support services. A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including technical conditions in the detail necessary for the preparation of the offer, is provided in the annexes to the tender documentation. Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation (containing specific data of selected departments) contains confidential information. The contracting authority will provide the relevant part of the tender documentation to suppliers in accordance with Section 36 (8) of the ZZVZ in conjunction with Section 96 (2) of the ZZVZ only upon request and against presentation of a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "NDA").
