ČASŤ predmetu zákazky - Modernizácia riadiaceho systému a automatík MVE Veľké Kozmálovce - je obnovenie spoľahlivosti riadiaceho a informačného systému, automatiky a ochrán vodnej elektrárne Veľké Kozmálovce (ďalej len ako „MVE“), zlepšenie spoľahlivosti bezobslužnej prevádzky a diaľkového riadenia MVE. Realizáciou bude rekonštruovaná elektro časť turbíny generátora 1, turbíny generátora 2, turbíny generátora 3 a (ďalej len ako„TG1“, „TG2“, TG3“,), výmena existujúcich rozvádzačov AWA ,výmena riadiaceho a informačného systému (ďalej len „RIS“), výmena existujúcich rozvádzačov, montáž a uvedenie do prevádzky.
