Przedmiot Zamówienia obejmuje kompleksowe wykonanie prac projektowych, remontowych, instalacyjnych i budowlanych. Szczegółowy zakres prac zawiera Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, projekt Umowy oraz Harmonogramem Rzeczowo – Finansowym, stanowiący Załącznik nr 4 do Umowy. Termin realizacji Przedmiotu Zamówienia: a) Etap I – wykonanie projektu i uzyskanie niezbędnych zgód oraz akceptacji Zamawiającego do końca 2026 r., b) Etap II - wykonanie prac zgodnie z akceptowanym przez Zamawiającego projektem do końca 2027 r., z zachowanie terminów określonych w pkt. c) OPZ i w harmonogramie rzeczowo –finansowym.
