Bidders in this procedure accept the use of the above special conditions/suspensive clause, assuming full responsibility for any damages they may suffer in the described situation. The maximum period for which the suspensive clause is effective is 12 months, so that, if the condition of signing the financing contract is not met, the award procedure is cancelled. Bidders in the procedure undertake by submitting their offer to extend the validity of their offer, at the simple request of the Contracting Authority, if it finds itself in the situation of applying the suspensive clause. In the event that the contract benefits from external or national financing, other than local budget, Bidders will expressly assume the payment of invoices issued by them within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of funds by the beneficiary from the financier.
