The Client's SafeQ secure printing environment will remain unchanged, and the multifunction devices offered must be fully compatible with the said secure printing. The Client's investment in the secure printing environment is significant and cannot be changed. The supplier is required to manage the offered printer environment comprehensively, including, among other things: - devices as a service, their delivery and commissioning. Maintenance and supplies, fault repair - customer service for end-users, usage guidance - changes, device transfers and removals, reporting - operation of the SafeQ secure printing environment and license sales - Options related to devices The tenderer must offer the entirety. Partial tenders are not accepted. Alternative tenders are not accepted. The tender request documents are in Finnish, and the offer must be submitted in Finnish.
