Original language: fiHankinnan kohteena on toimistotulostimet, monitoimilaitteet, tarra-, kortti-, potilasranneke- ja RFID-tulostimet, tulostusmateriaalit, lisätarvikkeet ja tulostustarvikkeet sekä väriaineet niin uusiin kuin myös olemassa oleviin tulostimiin. Lisäksi hankinnan kohteena on turvatulostus-, skannaus- ja muut tulostusratkaisut tarrojen suunnitteluun ja tulostukseen. Hankinnan kohteena olevat laitteet sekä näihin liittyvät materiaalit, tarvikkeet, ohjelmistot ja palvelut on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. HUSin tulostusympäristö sisältää noin 6000 kappaletta toimistotulostimia, noin 1400 kappaletta monitoimilaitteita ja noin 3000 kappaletta muita tulostimia kuten tarra-, kortti-, potilasranneke- ja RFID-tulostimia. Lisäksi tulostusympäristöön kuuluu turvatulostus-, skannaus- ja muita tulostusratkaisuja kuten esimerkiksi tarrapohjien suunnittelu ja tulostus. Laitteet pyritään uusimaan keskimäärin noin 6–9 vuoden välein. Hankittavien laitteiden ja palveluiden volyymit on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteessä "Hankittavat tuotteet ja hintalomake". Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena 1,5 vuotta, jonka jälkeen se jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Kyseessä on kokonaishankinta, eli hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, koska hankinta muodostaa tarkoituksenmukaisen kokonaisuuden.
