Original language: GermanTP405 Lieferung und Montage von 6 neuen Wechseltextanzeigen (WTA) inkl. Sanierung und Einbau in bestehende Gehäuse im Projekt MP-070054 UPlaNS SWO, Signalisation «SIG-SWO». Ersatz erfolgt in 6 Etappen (gleichzeitig wird immer nur ein WTA-Signal/Gehäuse saniert). TP405 beinhaltet: Demontage besteh. WTA in Nachtarbeit und Transport komplettes WTA-Gehäuse zum UN-TP405. Demontage und Entsorgung alte, nicht mehr benötigte WTA-Einbauten (WTA-Anzeigemodul, Steuer-Rechner, HLK-Steuerung, Lüftung, Heizung, Beleuchtungs- und Temperatur-Sensoren, usw.). Sanierung der besteh. 6 WTA-Gehäuse inkl. Einbau neues WTA-Anzeigemodul inkl. Lüftung und Heizung, Dachzustieg, Dachheizung, Dachrinne und Ablauf/ Fallrohr mit Heizung, inkl. Steuerung für Hilfsbetriebe, Dach und Dachablauf-Heizung mit separatem Steuergerät über Temperatur- und Feuchtefühler. Montage WTA-Signal in Nachtarbeit an bestehendes Fachwerk (gleicher Standort wie bei Demontage). WTA mit Apparateschrank inkl. elektromech. Ausbau und Montage im Werk für WTA-Steuer-Rechner, Bedieneinheit mit Monitor/Maus/Tastatur Eingangsschalter für Normal- und Notnetz (inkl. Überspg.-Schutz und EMV-Filter), etc. WTA-SR (IPC) fertig eingebaut in WTA-Apparateschrank inkl. kompletter notwendiger Infrastruktur (Komm. zur Anlagesteuerung Verkehrs-Informations-System AS-VIS, LED-Controller, etc.), WTA-SR in der Funktion als Lokal- und Notbedienung mit allen definierten Bildern ab AS-VIS. LS-WTA (SPS) für die Überwachung und Meldungen der Hilfsbetriebe (Energie, Lüftung, Heizung, Bel.- und Temperatur-Sensoren, etc.) komplett inklusive Komm.-Komponenten (Switch) für die interne Kommunikation zwischen WTA-SR und den Anzeige-Controllern. Sämtliche Dienstleistungen für das TP405 (Arbeiten gem. Vorgehens-planung) sind Bestandteil des Auftrags. Zusammenfassung (nicht abschliessend, siehe auch Spezifikat.): RPH, techn. Bearbeitung/Engineering ganze Anlage, Ausführungsunterlagen, Konstruktionszeichnungen (besteh. Gehäuse anpassen/ergänzen), DP-Listen, Schemata, Inst.-Planung (spez. Demontage best. WTA-Signale, Sanierung best. WTA-Gehäuse, Einbau neue WTA-Anzeigemodule und Montage an best. Fachwerkträger), etc. Werkaufbau WTA-Signale inkl. bauseitigem AS-VIS (AS-VIS über WTA-SR bis WTA-Signal), Erstellung Prüfschriften für die Schlussprüfung im Werk (FAT) und den Systemtest vor Ort (SAT). Montagen, Abnahmen, Provisorien, IBN, Fkt.- / Einzelsignaltest und Probebetrieb, sämtliche notwendigen Dienstleistungen inkl. allfällige Provisorien und Probebetrieb. Rückbau, Demontage und Entsorgung best. VIS-Schrank in der Zen. Hätteren (best. AS-VIS, VIS-SPS, Komm., etc.). Projektbesprechungen in St.Gallen und/oder Winterthur. Bereinigte Gesamtdokumentation und Garantie-leistungen. Die Unternehmung übernimmt die Schulung/Instruktion der Mitarbeiter der Unterhaltsdienste gemäss Leistungs-verzeichnis und Pos. 781.700 der BB BSA.
