Original language: GermanDie Nationalstrasse N28 ist teilweise als Nationalstrasse zweiter Klasse und teilweise als Nationalstrasse dritter Klasse klassiert. Um der Gesetzgebung gerecht zu werden, muss das ASTRA auf den Streckenabschnitten, welche als Nationalstrassen zweiter Klasse eingestuft sind, eine Vignettenpflicht einführen. Dazu muss die Signalisation in den betroffenen Abschnitten angepasst werden (Signale, Fundamente, etc.). Zudem sollen auch verschiedene Optimierungsmassnahmen zur Erhöhung der Verkehrssicherheit umgesetzt werden. Gegenstand des Auftrages sind die Leistungen des Projektverfassers und des Fachspezialisten Signalisation/Verkehrsplanung sowie die örtliche Bauleitung für die Phasen Massnahmenprojekt (MP) bis und mit Inbetriebnahme/Abschluss (IBN).
