Description

The Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from business skills training providers and subject matter experts to develop, tailor and/or deliver business skills training and learning resources to multicultural small business owners and employees across Victoria, as outlined in Part A.2. This may include delivering existing resources, developing new resources, or enhancing existing Business Victoria online content. Business Victoria seeks to gain a detailed understanding of the supplier market and services that may be available within Victoria. This EOI process is the first stage of a two ‑ stage procurement process. This EOI is intended to: Understand supplier capability and capacity. Validate the proposed approach. Seek feedback on delivery models. Understand organisational stakeholder mapping. Understand different approaches available in the market. Inform refinement of the final service requirements. Determine which suppliers will be invited to participate in the ITS. All information received through the EOI process will be used to finalise the scope, deliverables, evaluation metrics and commercial approach for the ITS.
