A Közreműködő Szervezet által kezelt projektek kapcsán a műszaki szempontú ellenőrző szolgáltatás nyújtása kiterjed különösen, de nem kizárólagosan az alábbi tevékenységekre: Dokumentum alapú ellenőrzés keretében a nyertes ajánlattevő feladata a közbeszerzés eljárások dokumentációjának és a vállalkozási szerződések, valamint azok módosításainak műszaki szempontú ellenőrzésében történő közreműködés. Projektek előrehaladásának ellenőrzése keretében, a nyertes ajánlattevő feladata a keletkező műszaki dokumentáció dokumentum alapú ellenőrzése, illetve a helyszíni ellenőrzésen való műszaki szempontú közreműködés, annak megállapítása céljából, hogy a támogatott beruházás a támogatás alapját képező pályázatban, illetve a Támogatási Szerződésben és a hatályos szabványokban rögzítettek szerint valósul(t)-e meg. Továbbá a fenti ellenőrzési feladatokhoz kapcsolódó műszaki-szakmai témájú előadások, workshopok megtartása Ajánlatkérő számára tervezetten évi 1-2 alkalommal, 1 napos képzés keretében. A projektek várható száma 5 000 db, melyek ellenőrzéséhez tervezetten 2 000 db mérnöknap (szakértői nap) igénybevétele várható (tervezetten 600 db helyszíni ellenőrzésen való részvétel a többi dokumentum alapú), amely nem egyezik meg a tényleges megrendelések számával. Az egyes projektekhez tartozó ellenőrzési feladatok projektenként eltérhetnek, így a tényleges megrendelések száma és típusa a projektek jellegétől, előrehaladottságától függően, esetileg kerülnek meghatározásra. Egy projekthez több megvalósítási helyszín tartozhat. A keretszerződés keretösszege, annak teljes időtartamára: nettó 370 000 000 Ft, melynek 70 %-ára vállal lehívási kötelezettéget AK.
