Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Nadzór Inwestorski nad realizacją inwestycji pn. „Przywrócenie ciągłości morfologicznej rzeki Nysy Kłodzkiej” obejmującej budowę nowej przepławki przy Jazie Michałów, budowę 5 nowych przepławek przy jazach kanału ulgi zbiornika Otmuchów, wykonanie kanału migracyjnego w zbiorniku Otmuchów, przebudowę istniejącego kanału ulgi pomiędzy jazem nr „0” a jazem nr „I” oraz modernizację istniejącej przepławki na zbiorniku Kozielno. Zadanie realizowane jest w ramach projektu „Przywrócenie ciągłości morfologicznej rzeki Nysy Kłodzkiej” współfinansowanego z Programu Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko 2021-2027, Działanie FENX 02.04 „Adaptacja do zmian klimatu, zapobieganie klęskom i katastrofom”, Typ projektu: Renaturyzacja przekształconych cieków wodnych i obszarów od wód zależnych. 2.
