Předmětem tohoto zadávacího řízení je dodávka 7 ks meziměstských autobusů splňujících minimální technické požadavky dle přílohy č. 2 zadávací dokumentace – technická specifikace a ocenění (dále jen „autobus“). Zadavatel si v souladu s § 100 odst. 1 vyhrazuje možnou změnu závazku ze Smlouvy spočívající v navýšení celkového počtu autobusů maximálně o dodatečných 5 ks autobusů. V podrobnostech k vyhrazené změně závazku viz závazný návrh Smlouvy, který tvoří přílohu č. 3 zadávací dokumentace. Součástí předmětu plnění je dále poskytování služeb záručního servisu, pravidelných záručních servisních prohlídek, dodání veškeré dokumentace, provedení školení osob určených zadavatelem k obsluze autobusů a další činnosti nebo dodávky dle přílohy č. 3 zadávací dokumentace.
