Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka nového motorového vozidla – autobus s úpravami pro výcvikové vozidlo autoškoly (dále jen „Autobus“). Předmětem plnění dodávky jsou následující požadavky: - Autobus bude obsahovat minimálně 47 míst k sezení cestujících a další dvě místa pro řidiče a učitele autoškoly; - dodání Autobusu do sídla zadavatele; - kontrola a předvedení funkčnosti Autobusu při předání; - dodání vybavení předepsaného pro provoz Autobusu právními předpisy a technickými normami; - předání všech dokladů nezbytných pro registraci a uvedení autobusu do provozu; - předání všech dokumentů nezbytných pro užívání Autobusu s uvedením způsobu užívání, pokyny pro údržbu Autobusu, seznam autorizovaných servisních míst, identifikace výrobce, přičemž tyto dokumenty musí být v českém jazyce kromě odborných technických názvů; - předání dokladů dokládajících splnění požadavků stanovených v kupní smlouvě, požadavků stanovených právními předpisy a technickými normami účinnými ke dni předání předmětu plnění; - provedení zaškolení osob pověřených zadavatelem.
