Předmětem soutěže o návrh a navazujícího jednacího řízení bez uveřejnění je zpracování uceleného ná-vrhu veřejného prostranství náměstí Míru v Plzni. Návrh bude zohledňovat širší vztahy mezi samotným náměstím, přiléhajícími institucemi a navazujícími lokalitami. Návrh bude tvořit ucelené řešení jednotlivých částí náměstí s různou mírou požadovaného zá-sahu a musí spojovat architektonické, krajinářské a případné dopravní řešení, včetně řešení prvků tech-nické infrastruktury a hospodaření s dešťovými vodami. Hlavním cílem je realizace atraktivního, funkčního a kultivovaného prostoru, podporujícího vznik různorodých dějů a aktivní každodenní užívání širokou sku-pinou uživatel.
