Original language: csPředmětem veřejné zakázky je: a) provedení stavebních prací v rámci akcí zadavatele „Nemocnice Pelhřimov – Rekonstrukce stravovacího provozu“ a „Nemocnice Pelhřimov – rekonstrukce budovy staré HTS“ technicky definovaných projektovou dokumentací v rozsahu dokumentace pro provádění stavby (dále jen též „DPS“) na akci s názvem „Nemocnice Pelhřimov – Rekonstrukce stravovacího provozu“ a DPS na akci s názvem „Nemocnice Pelhřimov – rekonstrukce budovy staré HTS“ zpracované projekční kanceláří PROJEKT CENTRUM NOVA s.r.o., se sídlem Palackého 48, 393 01 Pelhřimov, IČO: 28094026; b) zhotovení digitálního modelu stavby realizační dokumentace stavby (DIMS RDS), jeho aktualizace, zhotovení digitálního modelu stavby skutečného provedení (DIMS DSPS), včetně poskytnutí součinnosti při vyhotovení a průběžné aktualizaci Plánu realizace BIM (BEP) v rozsahu uvedeném v přílohách č. 2. – 4. obchodních podmínek (obchodní podmínky jsou obsahem přílohy č. 1 těchto zadávacích podmínek)
