ASEAN Secretariat procurement: Neon Box at Trunojoyo and Sisingamangaraja Gate. SPECIFICATIONS FORM 1. Title of project: Neon Boxes (Trunojoyo & Sisingamangaraja Gate) 2. Completion of printing and November 2026 Installment at ASEC premises 3. Closing date for submission: ……………… (by Admin) of quotation Neon Boxes (Trunojoyo & Sisingamangaraja Gate) 1. NEON BOX TRUNOJOYO GATE Scope of work i) Repair and replace broken part of the existing neon box. ii) Paint existing structure with anti-rust protection and finish paint. iii) Replace neon box sticker as per provided design iv) Electrical work for the neon box, rewiring electrical cables, replace panel box using timer and outdoor type at new location as indicated during site visit. All electrical installation must conform to SNI and suitable for outdoor installation. Size & Specs 300x100x15-20 cm (as existing) LED Lamp: 60 pcs @ 1.5 watt | 16 pcs LED 18 watt Electrical Panel: Outdoor Panel 30 x 20 x 15cm. include cable NYYHY 3x2,5 (+- 20m). Contactor 10A (LC 1D09M7). MCB 10A x 2. Timer SUL 181 d 220V Analog. Conduit Pipe and other accessories. Acrylic: 5 mm Sticker: Ritrama Glossy Doff Design To be provided by ASEC (with colorful ASEAN emblem, corporate design and text/words) Location Trunojoyo Gate (Security & Pedestrian Gate) Maintenance Regular maintenance 4 visits and repairment as needed in one year. 2. NEON BOX SISINGAMANGARAJA GATE Scope of work i) Clean and remove the existing text structure ii) Create a new neon box similar to the one existing in Trunojoyo Gate iii) Paint the structure with anti-rust protection and finish paint. iv) Take out existing signage and repaint the wall (color: refer to existing). Include disposal of existing signage. v) Print and install neon box sticker as per provided design vi) Electrical work for the neon box, rewiring electrical cables, replace panel box using timer and outdoor type at new location as indicated during site visit. All electrical installation must conform to SNI and suitable for outdoor installation. Size & Specs 300x100x15-20 cm (similar to Trunojoyo Gate) LED Lamp: 60 pcs @ 1.5 watt | 16 pcs LED 18 watt Electrical Panel: Outdoor Panel 30 x 20 x 15cm. include cable NYYHY 3x2,5 (+- 70m). Contactor 10A (LC 1D09M7). MCB 10A x 2. Timer SUL 181 d 220V Analog. Conduit Pipe and other accessories. Acrylic: 5 mm Sticker: Ritrama Glossy Doff Hollo 4x4: 4x4 Galvanis Anti-Corrosive Casing: Stainless Plate 0.8 mm (304). The top side shall have an approximately 45-degree slope. Alumunium Galvanis. Design To be provided by ASEC (with colorful ASEAN emblem, corporate design and text/words) Location Sisingamangaraja Gate (MRT ASEAN) Maintenance Regular maintenance 4 visits and repairment as needed in one year. Note and Conditions Quotation (i) Validity: This quotation is valid for a period of up to 6 months from the date of issuance. (ii) Currency: The quotation to be submitted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), non-VAT/Tax. (iii) Submission Requirements: Please sign this Specification Form and attach it to your submission. (iv) Guarantee Period: A guarantee period of 1 year must be provided for the services/products. (v) Maintenance Services: The maintenance services outlined in the quotation must be listed as a separate item, with the unit price specified per visit. Conditions (i) Pre-bid site visit to check the current condition (highly recommended). (ii) Vendor must comply with the agreed timeline. (iii) Vendor is expected to conduct a thorough QC of the products. ASEC only accepts products in good condition. Damaged products, dirty, or in a condition that does not meet ASEC standards must be replaced. Unsatisfactory quality of item (s) will be returned for rectification. (iv) Vendor is responsible for implementing and enforcing Occupational Health and Safety/Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja procedures on site. Payment will be made in full upon delivery/submission of the final Terms of Payment products and approved by ASEC.
