Original language: GermanZiel der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages über die Managed Services für die LAN- und WLAN-Infrastruktur des Auftraggebers. Der Auftragnehmer soll die bestehende Infrastruktur übernehmen, betreiben, stabilisieren und so weiterentwickeln, dass ein belastbarer, transparenter und dauerhaft steuerbarer Netzwerkbetrieb entsteht. Die Leistung muss die Anforderungen eines Klinikums mit KRITIS-Bezug berücksichtigen. Der Auftragnehmer muss in der Lage sein, Ausfälle, Störungen, Änderungen und Sicherheitsereignisse unter Berücksichtigung klinischer Betriebsprozesse zu behandeln. Dazu gehören kurze Eskalationswege, belastbare Servicezeiten, strukturierte Dokumentation, klare Kommunikationswege und ein qualifiziertes technisches Team. Ein wesentliches Ziel ist es, die Abhängigkeit von Einzelwissen und manuell geprägten Betriebsabläufen zu reduzieren. Der Auftragnehmer hat standardisierte Betriebsverfahren aufzubauen, bestehende Dokumentationen zu prüfen und fortzuschreiben sowie die Servicequalität messbar zu machen.
