In principle, the building is to be constructed as part of the critical infrastructure in solid construction. The site is to be fenced and secured with gate systems. In the design planning, an expansion option for accommodating additional vehicles and personnel of the Rödersheim local fire department is to be provided. The necessary property areas can be made available for this purpose through an eastern expansion of the industrial area onto the current arable land.
