Die Stadt Schwedt/Oder plant den Neubau eines Service- und Transformationsgebäudes im Westbereich des bisherigen Omnibusbahnhofes in Schwedt (ZOB). Der Neubau soll als viergeschossiger Strukturbau aus Stahl mit den Außenabmessungen von ca. 39 Metern mal 31,5 Metern realisiert werden. Die Bruttogrundfläche des Neubaus wird über alle Geschosse ca. 4200 Quadratmeter betragen. Baukonstruktiv ist der Neubau in einem Tragwerksraster von 3,75 x 7,00 - 8,00 m geplant. Das flexible Stahlskelett aus Stützen und Trägern wird durch elementierte Brettsperrholzdecken ergänzt. Die vertikale Aussteifung des Gebäudes erfolgt durch diagonal angeordnete Träger. Ortbeton kommt für die Gründung zum Einsatz. Die hochelementierte Pfosten-Riegel Fassade erhält Fensterelemente mit einer Dreifachverglasung.
