Separate item No. 2: “Delivery and installation of sports equipment“

The scope of the separate item includes the delivery and installation of specialized sports equipment for the sports hall and adjacent functional areas, including automatic retractable stands, basketball hoops, volleyball system, boxing equipment, electronic information boards, and fitness equipment, according to the Technical Specification and the Contract. The total period for the execution of deliveries and installation is proposed by the participant, but cannot be shorter than 35 (thirty-five) calendar days and cannot exceed 55 (fifty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Order Letter from the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. - start: the date of receipt of the Order Letter sent by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor; - end: the date of signing a bilateral protocol between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor for the completed installation of the equipment/furnishings according to the contract draft. Source of financing: Financing for the execution of the public procurement is secured/provided under Annex No. 3 to the State Budget Law of the Republic of Bulgaria for 2024 (Annex No. 3 to the SBLRB for 2024), in accordance with the financing provided by law for investment projects of municipalities. In this regard, the funds for the execution of deliveries and installation, which are the subject of the current public procurement, are part of the financial resource intended for the implementation of the project for the construction and equipping of a multifunctional sports hall and an indoor swimming pool in the municipality of Rakovski. Deadlines: 1) Contract Term The contract term begins on the date of its signing and continues until the fulfillment of all obligations undertaken by the parties, with the exception of the Contractor's obligations related to warranty liability, which continue to be valid for the warranty period specified in the contract. 2) Delivery and Installation Period The total period for the execution of deliveries and installation is proposed by the participant, but cannot be shorter than 35 (thirty-five) calendar days and cannot exceed 55 (fifty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Order Letter from the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. - start: the date of receipt of the Order Letter sent by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor; - end: the date of signing a bilateral protocol between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor for the completed installation of the equipment/furnishings according to the contract draft. When submitting an offer, the participant must propose a completion period, indicated in calendar days and as a whole number. The proposal for the completion period is subject to evaluation according to the Methodology for determining the complex evaluation of offers – Annex No. 2 to the documentation. A participant who proposes a period outside the specified range, does not propose a period, or proposes a period that is not indicated in calendar days and as a whole number, will be excluded from participation on the basis of Art. 107, item 2, letter 'a' of the PPA. 3) Warranty Period The warranty period for the delivered equipment and furnishings is proposed by the participant, but not less than 24 (twenty-four) months and not more than 48 (forty-eight) months, starting from the date of signing the protocol for completed installation and acceptance of the delivery. The participant should propose a warranty period expressed in months. Within the warranty period, the Contractor shall, with its own resources and at its own expense, rectify all identified discrepancies, damages, and defects of the delivered equipment and furnishings, respectively replace defective parts and/or components with new ones, in accordance with the warranty conditions and the contract terms. The proposal for the warranty period is not subject to evaluation.
