Боядисване на паропрегревателя с антикорозионна боя за метал; Отворите на всеки змиевик да бъдат затворени с тапи. При доставката на паропрегревателя, Изпълнителя доставя и следните протоколи издадени от Орган за контрол на заварени съединения и метални изделия – вид A или вид С, акредитиран от ИА „БСА” съгласно БДС EN ISO/IEC 17020:2005: Протокол от радиографичен контрол на 100% от заварените съединения, по изискванията на БДС EN ISO 17636-1:2022; Протокол от проверка на тръбите за отклонения в овалността в зоната на огъване (сечение II, III и IV от схема 1), по изискванията на БДС EN 12952-1:2015; Протокол от проверка на тръбите за отклонения в овалността чрез прокарване на контролна сачма. Проверява се проходимостта на заваръчните шевове и огънати колена на тръбите. Протокол от ултразвуково измерване на дебелината на стената на тръбите за отклонения в зоната на огъване, за изтъняването на стената по изискванията на БДС EN ISO 16809:2019 (точки 1, 2 и 2‘, в сечения II, III и IV от схема 1); Протокол от проверка на тръбите за херметичност в работилницата: Пробно налягане (водна опресовка): Ризп.=12,5 МРа – 100%; Tръбите ф38х5 стомана 14MoV6-3 EN 10216:2014, се осигуряват от Възложителя. Всички останали материали и консумативи са задължение на Изпълнителя.
