Anskaffelsens formål er å inngå kontrakt om bygging av 2 stykk treroms ansatteboliger + opsjon på 1 stykk treroms ansattbolig. Ansatteboligene skal oppføres på adresse Skolbakken 14, 8752 Konsvikosen.Anskaffelsen gjennomføres som en totalentreprise. Totalentreprenøren skal ha det fulle ansvaret for prosjektering og utførelse, inkludert opparbeidelse av tomt med nødvendige grunnarbeider, teknisk infrastruktur og klargjøring for bygging.
